Terms and Conditions:

• Application for boat charter is only for confirmed acceptance on a case to case basis
• The boat charter fee is to be made prior to usage
• Fees are to be made in 1 – 3 month(s) period
• Sailors are required to source and purchase their boat within the charter period
• Charter is only allowed ONCE for individual sailor
• Renewal of charter service will be subject to availability and approval
• Any damages incurred to the boat, the sailor shall be fully liable for it
• Any loss of equipment issued shall be replaced by the sailor upon handing over
• A damage deposit of $500 per charter will be required. This is refundable after the boat inspection is cleared
• A boat charter form is required to be filled out and submitted
