The technical development course for regatta volunteers consists of 6 different modules that will educate and up skill participants in various areas. The course includes theory as well as on-water practical session.

• Usage of GPS (Garmin Handheld or Andriod GPS) – 23 May
• Basic Race Management – 11 July
• Course Configurations – 26 Sept
• Mark Laying Techniques – 17 Oct
• Race Officer use of GPS – 31 Oct
