Hi Singapore Sailing!
My name is Alan Tan and I am the Vice President for Dinghy Sailing for Brunei Darussalam Yachting Association. We are keen to participate in the Coaching Level 1 Technical Course and would like to know if Bruneians are eligible to participate. I read that there are pre-requisites and would like to know if you would accept similar qualifications from Brunei.
